Can't Modify online reservation

Does anyone know why I can't modify my online resort reservation? The link was there a couple of months ago and now it just says:
To modify or cancel your reservation, please call (407) 939-1936. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Not sure, there could be any number of reasons. Are you booked using a discount? If so, maybe the book by date is passed. Are you under 45 days?

Yes, Free Dining. No, 98 days from checkin.

Mine is a BB FD and I have never been able to modify mine. But I think if you had the regular promo it would allow you to do it. But then again I had two identical reservations under the same reservation number for weeks. It would even allow me to customize MB for 2 trips. It finally fell off.

I'd just go ahead and call. Given Disney's glitchy on line systems, I generally feel more confident calling with such matters.

We have no discount offer, are booked over Thanksgiving, and the modify button is gone from our page too. We have the same msg as the original poster/ to call to modify or cancel. The button was there about a month and a half ago. Not sure what has happened.

Did you try logging out, clearing your cookies, etc? I just booked a September trip and it no longer says Modify like it did for my trip last week. Now it says Change Reservation.
