a great big Sci Fi Cheeseburger...
mmmm enough for at least 2!

Mine is the Ghiradelli sundae in DTD (best hot fudge anywhere!)
and the Beaver Tail (strawberries and cream) in Canada. My must try for next time will be the Kaki Gori in Japan and the Dole Whips MK and a burger from Pecos Bills in MK.

I had a piece of some kind of strawberry, whipped creamed cake at Epcot's Fountainview Bakery. I wish I could remember exactly what they called it. That was the BEST cake I have ever tasted!:D

Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery may be the place I had an amazing cinnamon bun - although the counter service was inside and outside the Tusker House restaurant area, but not the actual Tusker House. The food cart had fruit, etc., but going inside--there was this cast iron skillet full of hot, gooey cinnamon buns that were to die for. Could be the skillet, there was a sterno underneath, I think, but it didn't matter. This place seemed to be the only pastry place in the park when DH needed it!

Also not to be missed-- a pint of something at the Rose & Crown. IMHO.

chocolate mousse on oreo dessert at Boma
freshly made tollhouse cookies at the Land
meat salad at Akershus (OK, I'm weird ;) )
Mickey bars!

Adding to the list, this is something that I really enjoyed. My DH and I split it and were completely satisfied:
CHicken Salad Croissant at the Gourmet Pantry in the Marketplace, Downtown Disney. The chicken was in chunks not shredded and it was delicious.
