Can't make RD at AK for EMH, rethinking my FP strategy

Visiting DW 2/6-2/10 with our 3 boys. On the morning of 2/6 we are actually driving over from my wife's brother's place in Tampa. I just realized its an EMH day, and I don't see us making it for 8am RD. Plan is as it always has been, to be there for 9am. My original (abbreviated) plan was:

9am - EE, no FP
9:30-10:30 - Dinosaur FP
10:30-11:30 - Primeval Whirl FP
1-2pm - K Safaris FP
2-4pm - EE with extra FP if available
(leaving park by 4:30 that day)

But now that we'll potentially be there a full hour after RD, wondering if it makes more sense to do Dinosaur first, then schedule EE for a FP 9:30-10:30. Thoughts? FWIW, will be using child swap on EE since my youngest is too small.

On a related note, since my youngest will not be doing EE or Dinosaur...and my wife is also sitting out of Dinosaur...does it make sense to use 2 of those extra FPs to schedule EE in the afternoon...then have my older son just borrow my youngest's MB? Then me and my middle one could try to piggy back off that FP via child swap assuming they don't make us all scan our MBs. Worst case scenario, me and my middle one could use the single rider line after my wife and oldest are done. Does that make sense?

Using Child Swap is to your advantage. Only the first set of riders needs a FP and any 3 riders ride on the Swap.

So, 2 for EE in the morning and then 2 for EE later in the day.
