Can't make ADR's on line??

I am at my 180 day mark today. The system will not let me book my 180 +10. (yes, staying on site) It says for anything after day 180 you need to call. My kids do not know about this trip yet and I don't want them to hear me call. UGH!

I am getting the same message while trying to book too!! :( :(

It seems like it is not recognizing the reservation number. This is a bug in the system that is pretty well known and it looks like the upgrade didn't fix it. I would try again from the beginning and if it still does it, then you will have to call (or wait and do each reservation each day but that is a mess).
 
So annoying. Takes away the benefit of booking early and staying on site. Now I get to do one day at a time for Easter week, or sit on hold with a toll call....
 

Today was my 180 day mark, as well. It was quite frustrating to not be able to access the + 10 feature online. This is the message I got:

We're sorry but this service is currently not available online. If you have a resort reservation and need to book greater than 180 days, please call 407-WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.


After 12 minutes on hold and a 20 minute call, I had everything booked except Teppan Edo and La Hacienda at Epcot. They weren't loaded in to the system yet at 7:30 this morning. So I had to call back, again, wait on hold, again, a few hours later. Then the CM nearly booked us at San Angel Inn instead of La Hacienda. I had to tell her they were 2 different restaurants. :eek: I really, really much prefer the online system.
 
I had the same problem yesterday but called Dining right at 7 pm and got my ressies for a week in a phone call that took less than 15 minutes. :thumbsup2
 
I called and got most of what I want but no guarantee we can sit together at Sci Fi so I may book something else. Also was not able to get Hoop. System was not working for her. Will try again tomorrow. I would much prefer to be doing it on line, but I want to make sure I get it all done before the system goes down again on the 19th.
 
I called again and they said ALL the dining appts are booked for April 21 and 22 for breakfast which is so frustrating especially when I had the availability but the system wouldn't allow for the original rep book with my BBB. Thankfully I got a lunch appointment and wondering if my 9am appointment for BBB is too far from my 12 CRT.

Can you move BBB to a later time? If not, I would not worry. We have never done BBB but there are tons of girls walking around the park all done up. I would just bring shoes that are comfy enough to walk in.
