can't log in

So- I am now a new person with a new user name because my old one won't work! It keeps telling me that my password is wrong and they will send an email to me to reset it but I keep trying to have it resent over and over and never get it. I looked in my spam folder too, nothing.

I'm having the same issue. On my PC it wouldn't let me login so I made a new account. It says awaiting email confirmation but I never receive an email. I have done the resend several times and still nothing. I can't post anything from my PC because it tells me I don't have the privilege. My ipad was still logged in to my old user name and account and that is the only reason I was able to post here. Not sure what to do.
