Can't link reservation

So am I doing something wrong...when I try to link my sisters reservation to ours I can't. I put in the confirmation #, all the names pop up and then it says it encountered an issue. UGH I really dislike this website sometimes. Same thing happens when we log into her account and try to link it that way. Any suggestions?

Is the lead on the reservation the same as her MDE account? Both spelled the same?

If yes, call Disney IT.
