Cant link one persons ticket to my MDE- cant figure out why?

I have a MDE and am traveling with other family for the first time. DSIL has her own MDE and linked her hotel and tickets to it. Its her and a friend. The friends ticket is linked to her account as well under the hotel and the 4 day ticket that they both have. I invited her to connect through MDE. She accepted and I now see her ticket under my name. I cant get the other person (under her MDE) to show up on mine! I invited her by name through DSILs email address (she does not have have her own MDE). I went into DSILs account and accepted the other invitation but it still doesn't show in mine! Does anyone know why? Both names show up in DSILs MDE but the second person wont link to mine. The reason Im doing this in the first place is to make FP for our party.

Since you already invited and she accepted, I would call IT. I had the same problem with my daughter's account. They fixed the problem quickly. My guess is because the invitation went through your sister's account and not yours.
