Can't get to Jungle Cruise Dock

Whenever I try to go to the Jungle Cruise dock, the little blue loading bar stops a little bit past the beginning. It just stays that way forever as far as I can tell. Is this happening to anyone else?

Twice last night I actually had the game tell me a room didn't exist. I was doing the 'talking heads' tour and wanted to get to the Matterhorn. I clicked on it, and a box saying something like this room doesn't exist came up! It also happened again later with the Pirate's Ship. I think there are some mighty strange bugs going around.

Yeah, like the Mail we keep getting about where to put in secret codes. That is a very annoying bug! Whenever I open up my mail, I have about 5 messages about secret codes. Strange things happening in vmk...
