Can't get through on international booking line

Hi all,

I need to make a change to our stay for July and each time I try the international line, I'm on hold for so long that I have to hang up because of the call rates. Can anyone suggest what else to do or a good time to call please?
If only I could modify the booking myself online, no such option :/

There was an email address for general enquiries which I sent off yesterday, not heard back yet.
