Can't get on from home

Hello,

I've started having a problem earlier this week where I can't get on from home. All I get is a blank page with something like, "Link has been redirected. Try again later." or something like that. It's quite annoying. I've tried re-starting my computer, and I just thought of clearing my cookies, which I'll do tonight, but other than that, anything else I can try?
