can't get on DVC member site

why can't I get on the DVC site ? I just tried tonight and I keep getting this below.
"There is a problem with this website’s security certificate."

I shut down laptop and it still happens

Just so you know I've been using IE for years, was on yesterday and now what. Never had a problem with it. I just shut the laptop down and waited and just turned it back on and same thing. I went to google search for DVC and used the DVC member login link and same thing comes up.

just went to MDE site and down to related Disney sites. Disney cruise site works and the Disney Parks site works but when I use the Disney vacation club site it comes up but when I sign in I get the same There is a problem with this website’s security certificate."

I tried 3 x and could not get on either!

I tried to do a chap on DVC site but that's a joke. I then tried again at the same time and finally got in. So far all's good
