Can't get Guide to call me back want to purchase?

I'm trying to get my guide to call me but no respone. When I called she will be out til Wednesday I would rather not wait. We are trying to get this done. We would like to get application in and the 10% down so we can cancle are other reservation and make a new one. Has anyone just called and asked to get anyone to help them because you don't want to wait. I don't want to seem rude but it seems like someone would want to make a sale?

Call the main DVC desk at (800) 500-3990, and explain your situation. I am sure they will find somebody to help you.

She did actually call me today but I left a messge saying I would be home after 500 pm guess she didn't get that. Left her a new message this PM maybe she call tonight. Do they work evenings?

It may be that the guides are in training sessions for the sale of AKV starting on Thursday so calling the main number may be your only recourse at this point. I know that my guide picked up her voice mails and called me from home when I wanted to purchase SSR during the presale period - she said that they were having meetings then so wanted to get back to me and was able to get my info and I was able to get my points at the presale price. I hope your guide will get back to you even if it is after hours.

Yes, our guide works until 9:00 every night.
I wouldn't worry, they will always take your money.

Got hold of my guide today about adding on for the AKV .. She told me today they will know more about when they are going to be selling ,but it looks like First week in feb .

Mary Called me from DVC tonight. She is so awesome. She took all the information and the deposit. She will get back to me tommorow morning she was calling me from home. She said we could call MS tommorow and get reservations. If were are approved, I hope so we just bought a house.
