Can't get disney wedding video. Help please

I have tried to order the disney wedding video 3 times online at the website. I wait a month in between ordering, but they never seem to send it to me! does anyone know a website or something where I could watch the video because i really want to view it. Thanks!!

I think the best bet is to call the phone number and ask for it.

A couple of years ago I tried to request information from the website too...and never got a response. When I finally called and asked someone I was told my requests were never received.

Call them, I'm sure they'll send you something!

Hey there! I ordered the dvd twice and it took almost 2 months to get to me but it I did receive it eventually. Im visiting Disney in November, if you haven't received it by then PM me your details and I'll pick one up for you and post it to you! let me know how you get on!

I called several weeks ago as well and I never received anything. Weird!

I called yesterday. I was told that they are currently revising the dvd and all orders that were placed during the time they work on it will be filled with the new dvd when it is finished. I asked when it would be finished and she said "hopefully in the next several weeks".
