Can't get a hold of yachtsman....

We still have 8 months to go for out wedding but I want to get a grasp on things way before. I need to get up with a manager at yachtsman steakhouse where we will have our post wedding dinner. I've called this number 407-934-3818 and left a message with all info. Still know call back. Is there another way to aproach this. Any info would definately be helpful and appreciated.
