Cant find the receipt

Really reallly mad because emailed disney about my photo album that fall apart and they said if i sent a photo of the item and the receipt that they would send me another photo album but i cant find my receipt anywhere.
I have got every other receipt for the things we brought while there expect that one.
Dont think they will send me another one without the receipt.
Really mad because it obivious i brought it from there because you cant get them anywhere else and i can tell them exactly where i brought it from what date and what time because i have the receipt from the photos i brought whilst in the shop.
If only i could find the receipt.

That's really annoying! I'd be going mental about that! I mean it's obvious that you bought it there!!

Can you try explaining by email when you bought the album, which shop, what date, time, and how you paid for it (ie cash, credit card etc) If you have the receipt for other items bought in the same shop on the same day, you could explain that too, and hopefully from that information, DLRP will see you have given them as much information as you possibly can.

OMG dlp are amazing. I emailed them back like you said explaining where i brought the item and the time and date and they sent a message back asking for a photo of the item so i sent one. Then and this is the best bit they sent a message saying they are going to send me a new one in 10-15 days as a goodwill gesture
My son is going to be so pleased he was really upset when it came apart

Really pleased I read this thread! Mine has also fell apart! I am so annoyed - all the photos are in it and we've only looked at it a couple of times! I was going to have a go at glueing it. Mine is the one with Minnie and Mickey on the front with cartoon photos of Paris. Which one was yours?

My album was the one with mickey, the castle and tower of terror on the front. They aint very good quality at all.
I went on the dlp website then went on contact us and filled out the form and subitted it. It takes them a day or two to get back to you.
Hope you get the same result as i did

I'm glad your getting a new one. I'm going through the same thing with wdw over a clock I just bought that has never worked. I also don't have my receipt and sent them back details of where when and how i paid for it. Hopefully I'll get a new one too
