Can't Find a Park Checklist

I saw a checklist for a park bag on someone's Disign thread, and of course I didn't save it. I have searched and searched and can't find it. It was on a large notecard and was the morning checklist to make sure everything got into the park bag for the day

Natalie has one on the very first page of her photobucket account...it is right in the middle and has colored x's around the perimeter and says "daily checklist"
