Don't feel too bad about the having to meet Gold Mobility to get and return your scooter. I've had them drive up with my scooter as I get off DME (when they had it) and now as I get out of my Uber. A few times I've had To make my way to the closest bench and wait a few minutes. This last time I think I waited all of about 15 minutes, long for them, and then we both started texting "Where are you". Turns out the gift shop I was waiting at the door of had 2 doors, and they'd been waiting at the other door (which was really more the "main" door. So I don't think meeting them will be very inconvenient at all.

Yeah, you waiting for them is very rare, funny about the gift shop though.

Just came back from a week staying at Royal Pacific. My mom has mobility issues. She used the Gold Mobility scooter all day long and had no issues. The battery didn't lose more than one bar the whole day. The employees were awesome at drop off and pick up, answering her questions with great care. Honestly, the best part of using this scooter over the other ones we saw in the parks - it does NOT beep when backing up. The other scooters were so annoying. She had no problem charging her scooter in her room at night. I highly suggest using Gold!

We also have never in all of our scooter rentals with Gold Mobility needed to charge the battery during the day. Every other company we used in the past we forced to stop and charge. We asked the driver at one time and he said Gold uses extended range batteries, and the their fleet of scooters are always like new condition and they replaced them often to avoid potential issues. Best out there.
