Can't decide-deluxe plan

IMHO:
1) You don't have enough time between lunch and dinner.
2) You have a lot of meals scheduled. A lot!
3) In May, Fantasmic will prbably be at around 8 pm, which means the latest you would be able to get a F! dinner package is for 5 pm. So, May 16th will definitely need to be re-worked.
4) You are missing some of the best restaurants in WDW, but it's understandable since you have a 2-year old and the Signatures may not be that easy with him.
5) Forgot to mention - Because you have a daily character meal, and you can use your apps to help feed the 3-year old, you may be a great candidate for DxDP.

Thanks for the info.

This is what I have booked on the regular dining plan:

2/20: Liberty Tree Tavern-Lunch
2/21: The Garden Grill-Dinner
2/22: Yak and Yeti-Dinner
2/23: Princess Half Marathon-no ADRs
2/24: Cape May Cafe-Breakfast
2/25: Sci-Fi Dine In-Lunch
2/26: Biergarten-Dinner
2/27: Cinderella's Royal Table-Mom's birthday dinner
2/28: 1900 Park Fare-Breakfast

I plan on supplementing this with the quick service meals and snacks that come with the regular plan. I am now leaning towards no deluxe plan.
