Can't check in!

Whenever I go to check into my room for my upcoming trip, I just get a continuous loop of asking me to log in, which I do, then the wheel turns for a few seconds and it asks me again to log in. I tried to check in last night, and this is what happened, so I just gave up and figured I'd try this morning. Same result. And please, if the answer is to "clear cookies and cache", tell me what that means and how to do it-I have NO idea! I've been doing this on my computer because I can't find anywhere on the app to sign in.

To clear cache and cookies (assume you are using Chrome). Go to the Disney World site. Then click on the padlock to the left of the address in the address bar. Then click on Cookies. The line by line click on Remove. Then click Done. There are other ways to do it but this will ensure whatever cookie is preventing the Disney site from working properly to be reset.

Well, the good news is that I found a problem-I hadn't linked my hotel reservation. The bad news is that now they tell me on the computer that they can't find my reservation. And if I try it on the App, they just leave the "Review reservation" button light and I can't figure out what to do. So maybe I'm part-way there. Just can't get any further.
Got it! The App told me that the reservation # was already in use by me, and the next thing I knew, I was being asked to start check in. Very confusing start, though

Not to hijack this thread but I tried your advice because I haven't been able to see ticket prices (I keep getting Donald Duck error when I click on the page wth the starting price of tickets to view all. Unfortunately, that didn't help. I cleared my cache a couple of times in the past week or so. I am using a Chromebook, so maybe I need to use another device? I sign into my MDE. I do have two APs that have not been activated in my account so I was wondering if that is the reason I can't see ticket prices. No other page seems to give me issues. I can check reservations and package deals.

When you log into the Disney website and choose "parks and tickets", then "theme park tickets" I get to a starting page where it says tickets start at $109. You click on that and then choose the number of days, then it takes you to a calendar where you choose your dates to see the cost. They don't list prices anymore because it varies by date and the park you choose (if only one park). Hope this helps!

You click on that and then choose the number of days, then it takes you to a calendar where you choose your dates to see the cost. Thanks, yes, when I click on the $109, I get Donald Duck error after that every time. I never see the next page with the number of days and calendar. The page I should see starts to come and then it fades out and I get Donald.

Program was a little glitchy today, also, trying to buy park tickets for people traveling with me, I still have an AP, but they needed regular tickets.Finally went through and got the tickets purchased, linked, and theme park days reserved, finally.
