Can't check in online

We have two rooms booked at Pop Century for October. One in my husband's name and one in mine. I was able to check in for my room but hubby's credit card cannot be verified on his. There is nothing wrong with the credit card.

Any idea what may be going on??

I just called internet customer service. if the rooms are linked you cannot check in for both rooms. Only one check in is needed. Yay!!!

I tried to do online checkin for my room and my credit card also won’t verify. I only have the one room. I tried with my iPad and computer. I’ll try again tomorrow. I check in early September.
