Cant buy park tickets online?

I reserved Art of Animation for a few days in february, and I didnt buy tickets with it because we only want 1 day of tickets and the package deals only do 2+.

But now when we try to buy the tickets the website is giving us a really hard time. We choose the ticket type and day, and say no to the memory maker, then without fail it says our cart is empty. It dont matter if we try on our phones, PC, or laptop. The cart just empties itself every time. Is this a common issue lately? Will I have to buy tickets over the phone?


So far between getting a few days at disney and trying to order the cruise disney seems to really not want my money.

It happened to me yesterday too. I finally got it to go through on my phone. I think I got to the payment page 7-8 times before it worked.
