Cant book online, MS is a busy signal, arrrg

Is it just me or is this happening for everyone? I tried booking a room at 840 ish. When I got to the second page, it timed out, so I went back to redo it and got Rex saying I need to call member accounting, something is wrong with my account and booking is disabled at this time. This makes no sense, we have auto withdraw for our dues and have plenty of money in the bank. When I call MS all I get is a busy signal. I'm thinking the Rex message is a glitch????

Edit: I am able to get into my account on use the RAT but it won't let me book. The only notification I have is that member accounting will be close tomorrow 7/25

I feel your pain! I can see the room I've been trying to get and yet it won't let me book. So frustrating. Have you been able to get through to MS? I have a feeling of I ever do the wait will be a million minutes

Just tried and same problem since yesterday, can not book.

I am in the same boat. Can't do anything online and have been on hold for 10 minutes already. The recording says "wait times are longer than usual." Happy Monday!!
