Can't book Fantasmic Dining Pkg for September?

Tomorrow is my ADR date (travelling on Sept.6), so I've been checking on availability of my must-have ressies, but I've noticed that Fantasmic Dining Package is only available on Sept 1 and then nothing afterwards. They can't be completely booked up as I can at least find availability at MM for multiple days/times over the next 6 months. Has anyone else been able to make a reservation online or by phone for Sept.2-5?

And how difficult are the H&V Lunch packages to score?

It's possible that the just haven't loaded them yet. However, I was under the impression that only MM and HBD did the F! lunch; H&V was dinner only.
