First timer using the app - and I practiced a lot from home. The first thing I did when I entered the park for the first time yesterday was try to book a ILL ride. Got an error message "Something went wrong. We're unable to load your details. Please try again". Also not able to book any LL rides. Tip Board also won't load! GREAT! Such a disappointing start!
A cast member helped me purchase the ILL rides separately at a customer service counter, and logged the incident noting my phone and Android version. Apparently it's a known issue with my phone (Samsung Galaxy 20FE).
I found out accidentally later that everything works with WiFi! I'm roaming from Canada with AT&T so maybe it's the carrier/roam/ phone combo that's the problem? Anyone know?
The WiFi has actually been not too bad, so it's not a huge deal - but it is annoying to be crippled at times being at the mercy of the DLR WiFi.
