We always stay a week or more but I am doing a solo 4 day trip. I know that T&T is on day 4. If I check in on a Thursday, day 4 would be Sunday because check-in day is day 1. But I check out on Monday. That can't be right????

You are right T&T is Sunday- you are doing a 4 night trip but a 5 day trip.

Good idea. If this were winter then 4 towels would probably be enough. But in the heat ... and I won't have a washer and dryer in my room this trip!!!

Do you call them, or ask the CM in person, or how do you do this? We had, and will have on this trip, more than one 4 night stay (we move around), and it was just so frustrating to have them do all that on the day before we left!

We've done two 5 day trips, and we've just cancelled the mousekeeping on Day 4 both times.

I agree it is silly to have T&T the day before you check out.

I did a 6 night solo trip in April. I cancelled my T&T as well.

I had very little trash, and more than enough towels. So it wasn't necessary.

Even in a studio, you will have access to free laundry room. I didn't need to wash towels (but I did need to wash my clothes due to something breaking in my luggage on the way down!).

My experience has been that the first T&T often comes on day 3 rather than exactly as scheduled.

My experience has been that the first T&T often comes on day 3 rather than exactly as scheduled.

We've only had that happen once out of 15 trips.

I also thought that it was weird to have them there on day 4 if I am only staying 4 or 5 nights.
