Can't Attach a picture

The administrator has not given me the ability to post attachments... so how do I get an image in the body of my post?

You have to have a photo host, like www.photobucket.com

You upload pictures from your computer to Photobucket
then
Copy the link to your post or signature (like you did for the resort tags)
