can't access acct

Is anyone else having issues logging into their MDE acct? It keeps telling me the email and/or password doesn't match, to try again or call for assistance. I know I have the right email & password. After reading all the threads about people losing their FP+, I'm so scared that when I do get to log on everything will be wiped.
