Canon RC-1 wireless remote

I want to purchase the RC-1 wireless remote for my Canon XTi and my nephews XT. The websites I want to purchase from don't really indicate if this can be used with the XTi. My question is can this remote be used with both of these Canon cameras. Thank You?

On the Canon website, the RC-1 is listed as an accessory to the XTi so I am guessing it is in fact the right one to buy. Check out this page and go to the Supplies and Accessories tab. It is 5th one down on the left column. No picture of it, but it is listed. The link may actually bring you to that tab. I'm not sure.

Ok, you made me look. It is listed on the XT page as well as a wireless controller. The XT can actually use this or the RC-5 controller.
