Canon Powershot A630

I can't figure out how to get the date to print on the pictures. When I go to the menu it doesn't let me turn the date stamp to on. It jumps right over the date stamp option. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong? TIA!

The camera needs to be in postcard mode in order to enable the stamp. You'll find postcard mode as one of the options under sizes. It's limited to 1600x1200.
