Cannot Transfer Funds to One Specific Disney Gift Card

I used Disney gift cards to buy assorted Lightning Lane options this morning. Afterwards, I consolidated my remaining GC funds, but found I cannot transfer anything into one specific card. This card had funds this morning. I spent it down to $0. Now I can transfer funds to or from any other card in my Disney GC account except I cannot transfer into this one. It does not matter which card is the source of the transfer.
I tried deleting and re-entering the card into my Disney GC account without success. It's been a several hours also, and it has not cleared up on its own. I also know I transferred funds to this card in the past because I bought it with a $25 value and it had much more than that this morning.

It's largely a cosmetic issue as this card has a nice Moana design and I'm trying to transfer from the generic Mickey card for use on site. Having different designs makes it easier to track balances on each card.

Wondering if anyone had this issue and if so was it solved, either by passage of time, calling guest services, or whatever. Because it is a non-critical failure I don't want to spend too much time on it, but if it can be fixed I'd like to fix it.

In my experience of consolidation I have been blocked to transferring to a card if I have done xx amount of times (maybe 5?)
It does reset eventually that I have seen.

I now transfer 3 cards to one, 3 cards to another one and then one more time 3 cards to one. I then transfer those 3 cards to the one I want the funds on.

I did make a large number of transactions on it today. Maybe that's it and it will reset.

Have had that happened. Tired again later in day or the next day and all was well.

Glad it's working now.
As you said it is a lot easier to spot that Moana one then trying to figure out which one of the hundreds of Mickey "Ta-Da" cards that you have $$ on when going to use it in the parks.

Delayed follow up: two of my cards that had the temporary block for fund transfers were blocked long term from being spent at locations on site. Guest services cleared it up by calling the gift card phone number on my behalf while I waited.
I had input the wrong EAN multiple times and that triggered the block.
