Nope but it annoys me too that I cannot see my balance and need to phone in a payment at that point it will tell me my balance but I want to pay online. I did email them last week and they are "working on it"
And according to another site, there are issues booking fastpasses for the last 3 days of January on the website. You have to go to the app. Well I can't get the app because of the age of my phone.
Did you book through a Travel Agent? Ever since i started booking through an Agent it won't let me make payments online or even see the balance. I just assumed because of how it is setup in their system.

Nope I'm booked direct through Disney. I had a feeling once they 'enhanced' their system there would be issues. Fortunately we don't travel until September 2017 but while we were there over Thanksgiving their system was wonky for sure esp with dining/snack credits.
