Cannot Modify a Reservation

I went to see if I could modify my reservation for late December. There was no button to modify/view details or to even start check in. All I could see was this message: “Sorry, but Resort-specific planning information cannot be displayed at this time. For planning assistance, please view the Pre-Arrival Checklist.”

It doesn’t happen for the longer reservation beginning the next day. It only happens for the one for 12/31. Has anyone else seen this message?

You could trying logging out, clear history, try another browser. There have been lots of issues on the website since about last Thursday. Availability on RAT is not actual availability, error messages about not having enough points or outside of booking window. Lots of issues discussed here on other threads.

I was getting this message yesterday but it seems to be fixed now (although I didn't try to modify, was just looking at the bookings). I couldn't "modify" my AKL reservations but could get into Wilderness Lodge ones.
