cannot access dvc member site

using windows vista/i.e. 9 and member site tells me my browser is not compatible - please update my browser or make sure that compatibility view is turned off.

well, ie 10 will not work with vista, i will not upgrade beyond vista nor download another browser and compatibility view is not turned on for the member site.

anyone know a work-around or do i just call member services every time i have a question?

Was this today? I believe the website is down today and/or tomorrow for updates.
 
Try clearing out your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and try again.

When I used the "compatibility" feature on IE "version whatever we use at work", I got that message. Once I cleared out cookies & cache, restarted IE and ignored the temptation to use the compatibility feature, it worked just fine.

If that doesn't work, another option to try is to download firefox or chrome and use those for online booking.
 
sara - yes - it was today. thanx for that update.

carolmn - cookies/cache is always the first thing i try - don't wanna dl another browser either - would just rather call member services - don't use them that often. thanx for the suggestions.
