Are you kidding? I just don't believe this! Everyone knows it's GREEN BEANS, not corn, on vacation. Well, I just would have had to say something to them.

:) No, I didn't see this one!

Oh yes, I remember this. There was even a "canned corn" meet once. Everyone was eating cold canned corn.

I wish I could still find the photo :)

I remember the corn people thread too lol! It went on and on and on......I also remember the EMU leg threads :earboy2:

Oh c'mon green beans??? Once you have used your Disney resort room iron to fire up some grilled cheese, you will forget about your green beans! ;)

See...people do remember the canned corn people thread. It really freaked me out!

nativetxn: I would love to see that photo!! :wave2:

Snow White: Do tell more about the EMU leg threads!!!

I remember the corn thread. Boy that thread just went on for MANY pages. It was hilarious! I'm sure it's archived here somewhere!

Okay we need pictures............................

Wow, I remember this thread too. It was too funny. Is it true or an urban legend? Somebody check out those webpages they were talking about the other day. Pictures please! :teeth:

I have pictures of one of the canned corn events, only that was BDC.

Before Digital Camera. The photos are hidden away in some photo album. But yes, Virginia, there were several canned corn meets. I believe that I left my can of corn on the windshield of PandyPaws' car, so I don't have any physical evidence. And before you ask, I left the corn IN the can. I did not pour corn all over her automobile. That would just be mean.

I always liked the thread about the "chalk people". If memory serves, this group of people planted themselves on Main Street several hours prior to the parade and drew a big chalk circle around themselves to keep everyone out of their space.

has anyone talked to Will lately? I sure do miss him. This place hasn't been the same without him.

And if you haven't talked to him lately, what was up the last time you talked to him? Did he live happily everafter? I've thought about calling his parents in OK to see what was up with him...

Ahhhhh.....so this is what I must do to keep other people out of my space....... :scratchin :rotfl2:

Canned corn and chalked spaces...those are wierd...

There is one I just read:
A woman was disapointed that her surprise trip to WDW was revealed to her sons by mail from WDW and someone actually suggested she fake illness or a death in the family :earseek: so she can tell her sons the trip is cancelled ...and begin planning another surprise trip....

I think that will stick in my memory for a while.....

Packing list: Lime green Mickey heads
Holiday Window Clings
CHALK!!! :lmao::rotfl:

Oh the canned corn...now THAT was a great thread! I would like to read it just to see some of the old names!!! Oh WillyJ :)

I would love to read that canned corn thread if it's still around somewhere...

I remember someone posting on one of those "weirdest things you've seen in WDW" threads about how they witnessed a woman on the monorail whip out a whole baked potato out of her bag and start noshing on it. The person even had a picture of it, but I think it was later removed.
