Is there any good canned chicken on the market? I will usually pick up a rotisserie and take all the meat off of it and use it in multiple different dishes (enchiladas, soups, casseroles, etc) I found a recipe for a creamy chicken noodle soup in the crockpot and it says to use either cooked chicken or canned chicken. I've never used it and wonder how it would be in a soup or casserole?

Trader Joe's makes one in a broth and without a broth. The broth is mostly salt water, I guess. And the one without salt had other weird tastes in it. Neither really tasted like "chicken."
