My mom purchases dum dum suckers from spangler.com. The have other kind of candy too. She actually purchases individual boxes of her favorite flavor (blue raspberry) and they come in boxes of 120 suckers. Hope this helps. Have fun planning the party.

wow beautiful table : 0) Did it seem like you had enough candy? How many ppl were intended to partake of the buffet? I'm excited about getting everything and i'm getting a little bit of candy at a time so I don't have to have a big chunk of money all at one time. So far i have caramel cremes aka cow eyes, almond joy pieces, york pieces, wintergreen lifesavers ( individually wrapped) and skittles. With the skittles i went off the color scheme of brown, blue, and white. But she really really likes them LOL. I'm holding out for after Easter sales to get coconut hershey kisses and hershey hugs. If i find a terrific sale i'm would LIKE to get white chocolate Bliss candies. But that's just wishful hoping lol.

Here is the candy buffet i set up for my daughter's 16th birthday April 23rd. I took the liberty of copying the idea of the sigh a previous poster added to her buffet.. hope that was ok : 0 ) I wanted to have all brown,blue and white candies, but that didn't quite work out lol. DD didn't care though. I also included a picture of her birthday cake i made.

Sorry, i haven't responded earlier, they are square glass containers my niece had used for her wedding reception, i believe she bought them at Michael's ( craft store) I'd offer them to you, as neither my niece nor i really want them but idk that they'd ship very well. They are also very very heavy.$$$ lol The round ones i bought at the DollarTree ( dollar store). Oh and the brown stripe is just brown ribbon fastened with straight pins. The blue is blue ribbon stuck on with double sided tape.

Also, you can't see it in the pictures but on the candy baggies, i had cut out ( like crik-cut machine) Sweet 16 and glued them on the bags in light blue, dark blue and brown.
