how do I get the cheapest rate? I'm going Aug 24-27. Is there a promo code, or is AAA the best I can do?

AAA is the cheapest I've found. I'm going in two weeks and that was all I could find. I have heard that once you stay there, they will offer you a discount off your next stay. Also, I noticed that going in August was cheaper then July which is why we are going in Aug.

AAA is the cheapest rate - it is $10 off the regular price - however, from what I can tell, the code for the discount (whether AAA or any other discount) is the same - $10 off. The CCI website says to type in DIS for ANY discount. (And yes, their rates vary throughout the year.)

We stayed there in May and we did receive the coupon for a discount for our next stay - the discount is........ $10 off regular price, lol!!!!

So thatis the best you are going to do.

BTW - we really liked the CCI! Great rooms, decent breakfast, soooo close and convenient to the parks, nice staff.

Do you get to use the $10 off of the AAA price, or do they only allow you one discount?

We are going to be there this week on Thursday on the rate is 308.00 for 2 nights. Much cheaper in August though.

They do allow you to use the two discounts together So you get $20 off your room each night.

Just a warning though--you do have to have a AAA card to get the $10 off per night, you can't just type DIS into the promo box and call it good. They make you show your AAA card.

We are staying at CCI in Aug...and Yes, we did get a double discount because I had a $10 off coupon from our last stay AND AAA disc....good deal.

I check the CCI website nearly everyday waiting for rates for March, 2011 to come out and I've never seen anything about a DIS promo code! What am I missing? I have AAA and if I could get both discounts, I would be thrilled!

After you put in your dates for the CCI, in the promo code box type in DIS.

Your discounted rates will show up!

As far as both discounts, I don't think you can have two. The DIS discount applies to AAA. Unless you have a coupon from a previous stay!

It's not a "DIS"-board discount - it is simply the on-line code for ALL discounts (including AAA).

I think to do the "double-discount" with the coupon from a previous stay you would need to call to get a reservation...
