Candy bar wrapper help!

Hello! I am trying to figure out how to do a candy bar wrapper for my daughters 1st Communion. I am not having much luck. I know that a creative disser can help me out!
I like the ones with the "nutritional" info on the back. Can anyone help me out?
I know that they need to be "religious" but wouldn't mind "sneaking" in a Cinderella castle, maybe on the back It's her (OK my) favorite! Oh now I sound picky!! I'm not!
I would REALLY appreciate any help! You are are the most creative people aout there!!!! Help a sister out??

I have one in my 4shared file that might work for you. Look in the link in my signature, then look in the "candy wrapper" file and the "candy bar wrapper" subfile. I have a blank and an example. If you need help personalizing it, let me know. Also, check it for typos.

It is meant for a regular milk chocolate hershey bar and should measure 5.25 x 5.5 inches. When you save it, click on the first image, then when you see the second image you will need to click on the "download" button and save it to your pictures. Otherwise, the ingredients will be fuzzy.
