Candy apples or Caramel apples???

I am a fan of both but just love a good caramel apple!!!!

Neither... have you tried biting into one with braces? LOL!

But if I ever get these off, i will have to try one again... I think I would like the carmel the best, as long as it had lots of nuts on it!

Caramel!!!!!! OMG, I got my braces off last month, so now I dan have caramel again!!! We just returned from Gatlinburg, and while we were there, I ate 3 or 4 caramel apples!!! Sooooo good!!!!!!!

Candy apples - generally coated with a hard sugar candy shell, usually red.

Caramel apples, usually dipped in caramel.

Gourmet apples - usually dipped in caramel, then coated with nuts, then dipped in chocolate, recoated with something, and often dipped again. And rather expensive, like up to six bucks each. Costco had some last year, yummy. You can also get them from QVC.

I think I like caramel better than candy, too.
