So, our Airbnb canceled us today - 2 1/2 days before our trip. I used Hotwire and got Candlewood Inn & Suites. Has anyone stayed here? I did a forum search but not a lot came up. It appears to be walking distance but Im not sure for at the end of the day.

ETA I can't find anything on the hotel website, but is it safe to assume they have hair dryers?

I’d look for something better. Have you tried any of those last minute booking places?

As I said, I used Hotwire (which is a last minute booking site) and that is what I got and it is not refundable. The reviews look pretty good; what was your issue with it?

Oh I can’t read. lol I’ve heard negative recommendations on trip advisor forum. So I didn’t stay there.

First, I hope you are not stuck with the Candlewood Suites... Its not that well rated, and has never been. Its also as you can see not that convenient to visiting Disneyland, its about a 20 min walk or so.

There are plenty of basic places to stay that would be much better situated, and be just across the street from Disneyland in very close walking distance, and to Restaurants, etc. Let us help you with finding something better.

Thank you. Well I am "stuck" with them, but I also see they have 4/5 stars on TripAdvisor and Orbitz. I was hoping for a reply from someone who has actually stayed there, so not hearsay. Also wondering if they have hair dryers.

A 20 minute walk is nothing. We stayed at the Motel 6 right next to it before and walked no problem, I realized after looking at the map. If the worst review is that it's a long walk, I'm not too worried!

Bummer. You should call and ask about hairnet dryers. Maybe it lists on their web site?

Don't panic. We've stayed there several times and it's been perfectly fine! It's no Grand Cal, but it's quieter than some of the hotels right up close and there's easy parking and the rooms we've had have been clean and totally functional. We haven't tried to walk it before but we usually take a Lyft or if we're short on time, we just drive ourselves and pay to park. The savings over closer hotels makes up for that!

Make sure you know which one you got. There are 2 in the area. It is my understanding they do not offer housekeeping on a daily basis (it is weekly.)

Sorry! I haven't been on in a minute. We had a very nice stay. Our room had a full kitchen sized fridge and dishwasher, cooktop and microwave plus a ton of dishes etc. The bathroom was nice, and plenty of living space. Essentially the size of a studio apartment. We didn't walk, we took Lyft, but an ART bus picked up right at the driveway, so that would also be very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
