When is Disney going to announce the detail for this year's CP?

Do most restaurants participate? My DH and I are planning on going when the kiddos are playing at the Neverland club. They don't care for Epcot and we wanted a night out. I was planning on going to Le Cellier.

Can you only book the package at the 90 day mark or as soon as they come out? We want to do the package at Tepanyaki during Christmas week when I know it will be really busy and I don't want to miss out!

There is a section on Allears.net which has the dates and restaurants from last year posted along with the prices. I don't remember if Cellier was on there.

Le Cellier was on last year's package. It was a tier 1 restaurant so that means you pay the most per person on this plan. We love Le Cellier though!

How do I book the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package?

Tickets for the 2004 Candlelight Processional dinners can be purchased as of September 2, 2004, by calling 407-WDW-DINE. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Tickets can be picked up at your Disney Resort Guest Services Desk or in Epcot.

As soon as the packages come out you book the restaurant. They do not take the order for the tickets only, you can see the Candlelight without the package but be prepared to wait in line for a long time.
