Maybe that was the regular, ADR policy and not the Special Event Dinner Package policy. Who knows... all I know is when I got to Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining with 2 instead of 3 people, they told me sorry but they would have to charge me for the 3rd person regardless, and they did. They offered to give me the third meal as a to go meal for the room, but we were leaving the next day. Policy or no, I'd also call ahead and fix the reservation.

I believe the Harmonious Dining Packages are prepaid when you make your reservation. Asking for a refund may be treated differently then asking for a waiver of a $10 fee.

Spice Rd Harmonious has 4 tables for 4 and 4 tables for 2. Assume a couple added a ghost to their reservation. Either to get a better table or due to availability. No reason to offer a refund

Where, on the app, can you make Candlewood Dinner Package reservations?

Touch the Plus Sign in a Circle at the bottom of the screen and then select Check Dining Availability. If there is availability for your selected date & party size, the CP will appear as a separate item in the restaurant list.

You can't do Special Events on the app. They list it but I've never been able to get times to show up. Only on the website.
When a bunch of Askerhus dropped yesterday I tried on the app and it never showed but I got them on the website
I was using both at the same exact time, desktop and phone side by side. Phone pulled up nothing, website pulled up several.

That is incorrect, ticket packages are not special events, if they are available they will apear on the app, I booked CP and F! ticket packages this week on the app.

I was asking if I could get the reservation page directly, not via search.

If available on the date you want Candlelight Processional will be listed as a dining choice for that day under dining reservations

If you're in Epcot on the day of a Candlelight Processional (but have no interest in attending), how busy are restaurants like Spice Road Table? I was really hoping to eat there this trip but don't have any interest in the package or seeing the processional.
