Does anyone know what Candlelight dinner times go to which shows? We want to go to the 8:15 show and eat at Chef de France before the show. What dinner time should we pick if we're booking online?

They're not connected. It's a random assignment, but you can refresh if you don't get the show you want. Calling might be a little easier to get the dinner time and show you want.

It's really random? That seems weird! Hope the refreshing trick works. I want to book ours the 1st day they're available, but won't be able to sit on hold very long that day. Thank you for the quick response!

If we wanted to see Gary, how far ahead of the show would we need to line up, if we did the package?

I wish NPH would do a Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I work retail and while I can get a weekend off, no way could I get two days off during the week. He is always during the week for some reason.

It’s not random. Meal times at 5, 5:15, etc are assigned to the 8:15 show. We do it every year.

With the package you have a guaranteed spot up to 15 minutes before the show, now if you want a good spot or the guarantee to not be separated then I would get in line an hour before the show

Thanks - that makes more sense! But now with breakfast, lunch & dinner packages, it could be working differently. I seem to remember last year when I picked our dinner time, it didn't say what show we would be going to, but looking back at my confirmation, it's on there, so maybe I just missed it or don't remember correctly! Who knows! Anyway, I'll certainly be more aware this time. Hoping for Chef de France dinner with NPH as our narrator.

I'll stand corrected, sort of. It IS random for the earlier meal times, but common sense says that the later your meal is, then you probably only have time for the later show.

Just booked Chef de France and got 8:15pm. Booked meal for 5:30pm so that probably helped caused the 8:15pm we wanted.

We booked Chefs with a meal at 4:30 pm and got the 8:15 pm show which we wanted.

I just got a 4:55 res online for 12/23, party of 10 at Akershus (8:15 show)
