CP is free to all. It is very popular and to get a seat in the theatre you will need to line up at least a hour before the show if not longer!
There are 3 shows per evening.

One way to guarantee a seat is to pay for a CP Dining Package. This is includes a meal at the Epcot restaurant of your choice (3 courses including tip and tax) and ticket to CP in the reserved seating area.
You need to eat before your chosen show time (this is a change for this year!).

You book the package through the usual ADR dining number.
