Candlelight Processional Package

It's been years since we've done the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package (we usually do stand by). We have a dinner package reserved at Chefs De France. Do you get to choose the appetizer/entrees/desserts from the regular menu or do they have a paired down menu as part of the package. Several years ago we did the package Le Cellier and we picked everything from the regular menu, just wondering if that has changed.

Last year we chose from regular menu. I hope it is the same tis year. We're doing Chefs again, too!
