Candlelight Processional Package Open?

Just got Via Napoli for our preferred day and time. It just happened to be the only restaurant that popped up on the reservation page. When I look at My Disney Experience, it only says Via Napoli and the day/time it booked. However, when you click on 'details' just below, it says that it's a Candlelight Processional Dinner Package. Do you think it's all legitimate????
 
I went back to the reservations page and now I'm seeing a bunch of Candlelight packages available at a variety of restaurants. Do you think it has officially opened??

That's the same way the Fantasmic! package looks in MDE. :)
 

I called this morning and she said it wasn't released yet. She went to IT and said it must be a glitch but it did indeed say Candlelight Processional and to hang onto it because it's mine now. She also said she could see where others were booked, lol.
 
I called again to ask. They said it looks like there was a problem this morning and all those who had booked will be changed to just a dining reservation and when the CP does open people will have to rebook it as a CP package if that's what they want. Annoying!

I'd be really surprised if they do this. As previous posters on several threads have said, the same thing happened last year & all reservations were honored. CMs were saying the same things last year, depending on who answered the phone. It'll be interesting to see how this one plays out.
 
The restaurant list opens but you are only booking the restaurant, not a CP package. I just called dining to verify this and was told the CP packages are NOT open yet. You'll have to cancel and rebook as CP package when they open.

Sorry but I have a reservation screen shot that states it's for the Candlelight Processional, an email confirmation that states its for the Candlelight Processional, and it's listed as the Candlelight Processional package on my MDE reservations page. This also happened last year. Glitch or not, they were all honoured.
 
Yes, I was booked st coral reef on 12/1 and I got the processional for 11/30. Originally I had H&V for lunch on the 30th do I made a h&v for the 1st. So now I have lunch H&V and coral reef for both days. I'm hanging onto both until I know the outcome. Would be nice. We would have 12/1 as a free day. I'm hoping for Pstrick Harris. Every year he had been end if November first of December. I saw him last time but my DIL wants to see him.

Yep. IMO they're just saying that so that people won't feel bad about not being able to book.
 
I asked this morning when I called if I should cancel because it wasn't open yet and she said no, that I was one of the lucky ones and yo keep it.
 
Looking now, 5:45 pm, seeing no CP packages listed on the dining reservations page via MDE. Am I looking in the wrong place, or has the supposed "glitch" been fixed?
 
FYI - The Candlelight Processional packages will be available for booking early next week.

Please note that Illuminations preferred viewing will not be included in the packages this year. they are already available to book as a Fastpass+ reservation with My Disney Experience.
 
Good question. I actually missed most of the class today because I was assisting a guest w/ Celiac disease. I want to say it's 45 minutes or so. I'll check my email tomorrow when I get to work. I should have an answer for you by 3pm tomorrow. I'm sure others here can chime in, though.
