Candlelight processional lunch package - which show?

Is there any rhyme or reason for which show comes with the Candlelight Processional lunch package? I booked Akershus and got 6:45. Then I rebooked for the exact same time and got 5:00. What I really want is San Angel with a 5:00 show, and there is a lunch time available, but every time I try it I get 6:45. Does anyone know how this works??

If you call in and book you should be able to choose. If done online, it is somewhat random.

We booked a lunch a Rose and Crown for 1pm and got 8:15 show. This is our first time doing this so we will see how it goes.
