Candlelight Processional/Fantasmic dinner packages?

Are dinner packages like the Candlelight Processional and Fantasmic dinner packages included in the dining plan? If so, how many table-service credits are alloted for them?

Fantasmic is included, and it's the same credits as it would be if you booked without the package - 1TS for H&V & Mama Melrose, 2TS for Brown Derby.

Candlelight was included last year, and the credits were the same as if you booked without the package. There hasn't been any official word if it will be included this year, but I'm hoping so.
