After 59 minutes of busy signals, I am FINALLY on hold. Thank God!!

I just had the world's biggest idiot...after being on hold for 53 minutes...dude comes on and can't figure out how to book them...after trying for 10 minutes still can't figure it out...I ask if there is someone he can ask..he says yes, I'll transfer to my supervisor....and then proceeds to hang up on me...to say I"m at the moment would be a HUGE understatment.

Ohhh, I would be ticked!!!! (although "ticked" is not my real word of choice!)

I got Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow right now! I am singing. Putting me in a better mood than I was when I was frantically dialing over and over! And poor DH keeps calling me back.

58 minutes later!! i got what i wanted (Nine Dragons) when I wanted it (Dec 13th for 6:45 show)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, I should get to work, being late because you were on hold with Disney is not really the best example for the boss to set

Are the entree choices limited?

got in at the dot of 7am and was on hold for 47 minutes, got through and....

got LeCellier for 12/10 for 6:45pm show! YAYAY!!!

Total time on phone: 54 min & 53 secs.


Though, my CM could not find me in the system, so I'm in there as a "brand new person".

I don't care, just get me IN!! wonder if I can get a new body out of this?

Ok, I gotta jet to work since I can still make it on time!!!!

FINALLY THROUGH!!

Got what I wanted.. Le Cellier, Christmas Day, 5:25 for 8:15 show...

The phone call total took 59 mins, 22 seconds..

and now, I can go downstairs and get some breakfast. I'm at a hotel for work, and would have done it while on hold, but elevators and my phone are not friends.. wasn't gonna chance that one!!

Hold time was 30 min., 45 min. later got a CM. They don't have all the narrators yet. I said "I need to make a resv. for 12/10". He said "we aren't taking resv." I said "yes you are". He said "no you don't need a resv." I said "a CPP resv?" "Oh, yeah, okay what day would you like?" Duh, I called dining reservatios.

I got on hold right at 7. Was on hold for 27 minutes and then booked my first choice! Rose and Crown at 2:05 on 11/26! Thank goodness my husband and I carpool to work, I was able to make the reservation while he drove!
