I just had the world's biggest idiot...after being on hold for 53 minutes...dude comes on and can't figure out how to book them...after trying for 10 minutes still can't figure it out...I ask if there is someone he can ask..he says yes, I'll transfer to my supervisor....and then proceeds to hang up on me...to say I"m at the moment would be a HUGE understatment.

Wow...just got through...no estimated wait time. Yikes...scared my cordless phone battery is going to be tapped out soon. Just heard more than 30 minutes. Looks like DH is taking DS to camp. Good Lord, one hour of redialling, ready to give up and then I get through!!!

Hang in there! I tried for 50 minutes before getting through. I know how frustrating that is. You'll be on hold soon!

Finally through 53 minutes of waiting!

I had to split our group up into two groups of 7 and we are eating an hour earlier than planned but at least we got Le Cellier for 12/9 for the 6:45 show.

I feel like I have run a marathon!

YES!!!! Finally!! Didn't get exactly what I wanted, but NOT gonna complain! We were trying for Le Cellier, dinner, for Dec. 16th. Both times were booked, so we got 2:10pm lunch with the 5:00 show! We're a party of 10.

Was able to get my brother and GF Le Cellier on Dec. 18th for the later show and dinner. 5:25pm dinner with the 8:15 show. Both of the later times were available for them.

DH is on hold and has been for about 20 minutes. I have dialed steady on 2 separate phones for a back-up to his cell phone and I have had busy signals on both. I have flirted with the 50's dude, asked why all circuits are busy and still nothing.....

I think I will give up and get dressed for work. We will just have to pray that DH's call does not get dropped.

Has anyone asked whether 12/5 is a VIP date? That was my original date, but I have a back-up in mind if this is the case.
